What Optionsmith is
Optionsmith is a visual companion for Charles Schwab options traders. It sits on top of your Schwab account: build multi-leg strategies by clicking strikes on the live chain, route the order straight to Schwab, and track rolling P&L — cost basis, credits and adjustments — across the whole life of a position, not just the current ticket.
It is not a broker. Optionsmith does not hold funds or place trades on its own — your money and your trades stay at Schwab, and Optionsmith connects through Schwab’s own OAuth flow to read positions and submit orders on your behalf.
